No experience needed to begin your Lil’ ninja’s journey. Lil’ Ninjas will be introduced to basic skills like ninja rolls, wall handstands, jumping, swinging, climbing etc. We will build strength and confidence through small obstacles and ninja challenges. A focus on flexibility exercises, balance and stability will occur throughout our obstacles and the use of balance beams This class will not only give your Lil’ Ninja the foundations needed for any physical activity but the opportunity to refine their social skills needed as they begin to interact with children of the same age group.
Your little one has big plans at this age! Learning how to be independent and venturing into their first activities without a grownup! This class is very special in nurturing all areas of their brains. We will help them develop strength and confidence both physically and cognitively. They will begin to learn the language of gymnastics and start their journey into areas of balance, coordination, and basic tumbling moves. Our instructors use our gymnastics equipment while using pre-school language with colors, counting, and music.
This class is designed to use gymnastics as a tool to develop strength, coordination and both fine and gross motor skills. This class will introduce developmentally appropriate motor skills like skipping, rolling, balancing on feet and hands! While learning new physical skills, they will practice listening skills, social skills, and cognitive skills. Our instructors use our gymnastics equipment while using pre-school language with colors, counting, and music.
Our drop off class, was designed for children who are becoming more curious about the world around them. Their language, cognitive, fine & gross motor skills are growing every day. This program is a great opportunity for small children to spend quality time meeting new friends, having fun & encouraging those skills. Twice a week the children will experience and explore a new theme, which will be reinforced within the class curriculum. Children will interact from the moment they walk through the door with songs, stories, finger plays, games, instruments, activities, or art. Children will enjoy interacting with other children their age, as they learn & create in a safe, nurturing environment guided by an experienced teacher.
